Nestled on the Missouri River and about 20 miles north of Omaha, Blair is home to about 8000 residents. Originally platted in 1869, the city was named after John Blair who is credited with extending the Sioux City and Pacific Railroad to the area.

On the way into town, you may pass the popular Fall attraction, Skinny Bones Pumpkin Patch. Blair is also home to Blair Public Schools.
