Louisville
ABOUT
Lousiville is located between Omaha and Lincoln off of Highway 50. In 1857, Gardner Powers officially founded the small town of Louisville, NE. By 1863 Louisville's first Post Office was established and other businesses followed. Fun Fact: Ash Grove, a cement manufacturer that still operates today, was building their plant in 1882 and uncovered a mammoth skelteon; this is only of the only mammoth skeletons to be found in Nebraska.
